Send us the character or show and a photo of the version they like. We'll tell you what we can do in your quote. 
Can the cake include my child's name and age?

Yes, tell us exactly what you'd like written, and spell the name in your inquiry. 
Can I choose the colors?

Yes. Share your colors, or send a photo of the party decor and we'll work from that.
How big a cake do I need for a kids' party?

It depends on your guest count and how you'd like to serve it. Tell us how many people are coming, adults included, and we'll recommend a size in your quote.
Can you work around food allergies?

Please mention any allergies in your inquiry so we can tell you what we can and can't do.
How far ahead should I order?

Ideally 14+ days before the party. If your date is closer, send your inquiry anyway and tell us the date.
