Rasmalai Cake is a fusion dessert that combines the flavors of traditional Indian sweet Rasmalai with the texture and presentation of a cake. Between the cake layers, you’ll find a luscious filling made of sweetened condensed milk, Rasmalai and nuts, like a Rasmalai dessert.
